Robert J. Swarbrick
Robert has been in the real estate investment and development business for over 30 years. Previously he served as vice president and commercial lending officer for a mid-market commercial bank located in the Philadelphia area. He has served as president of the Pennsylvania Apartment Association, president of the Apartment Association of Greater Philadelphia, president of the Manayunk Development Corporation and President of the Manayunk Special Services District. His experience in banking development and government relations uniquely qualify him to solve even the most complex relocation problems.
